Preparing the avocado

Start by cutting your avocado in half lengthwise. Then toast your burger bun in a toaster or oven for 3 minutes. Set aside. Proceed to the plate setting.

Place your shredded carrot and lettuce leaves on top. Next, place the spinach shoots and olives. Finally, place the lupine seeds, alfalfa, and roasted peppers. Save some of the grilled bell pepper and carrot to garnish the burger.

Dressing the burger

Drizzle the contents of the plate with your orange vinaigrette. Spread the ketchup on both sides of the burger. Next, proceed with the assembly. Simply alternate lettuce, avocado slice, onion rings, grated carrot, and roasted pepper.

Repeat this process. Finally, cover with the top of the burger bun. Your vegan avocado burger is now ready to eat.
